Not too good at this blogging thing

Well, second post after a couple of weeks.  I’m just so bad at creating good habits.

However, my new weight management plan is to exercise every day.  One day on the bike trainer plus something else; next day dog walk plus knee exercises or similar.

Feeling better so far.
